Amac News: Located in a dedicated space in Hall 14 of the IDEX exhibition, the hub aims to promote innovation, knowledge exchange and international collaboration, as the first global platform to bring together leaders, experts, decision-makers and leading companies to develop defense strategies against CBRNE (chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and explosive) threats.
The platform provides an opportunity to interact with industry leaders and discuss innovations and advanced solutions.
Participating companies will showcase their latest products and advanced technologies, including detection, monitoring, containment and risk mitigation tools, as well as digital solutions and unmanned technologies to counter CBRNE threats.
The CBRNE Hub will host a number of leading global leaders and experts who will explore emerging trends and challenges and present the latest solutions for preparedness and response to CBRNE threats.
The UAE Ministry of Defence’s Chemical Defence Command, in collaboration with the Civil Defence Organisation, the National Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (NCEMA), the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment, the Ministry of Energy and participating companies, will also hold awareness workshops to educate attendees on CBRNE threats.
The initiative will also help promote creativity and exceptional networking opportunities, attracting military leaders, experts and specialists from 13 countries and 38 companies and institutions.
The hub is expected to attract prominent international participants, including military leaders, defense experts, industry professionals and policymakers, along with defense ministers and senior decision-makers. The overall aim is to strengthen collaboration, drive innovation and enhance strategic preparedness in global security.
