According to
Amac News, the event, organized by ADNEC Group in collaboration with the UAE Ministry of Defense and the Tawazun Council, will continue until February 21.
The 17th edition of IDEX and the 8th edition of NAVDEX bring together the world’s leading companies in the defense industry to showcase the latest technologies and solutions in this field.
The 2025 edition of IDEX and NAVDEX has seen an increase in the number of participating companies, reaching 1,565 companies from 65 countries, representing a growth of 16 percent compared to the previous edition. A total of 731 new companies have also participated in this edition, representing an increase of 82%.
The edition includes 41 domestic pavilions. The number of domestic companies has reached 213, accounting for 16% of the total participants, while international companies account for 84%.
This edition of the exhibition also hosts seven new countries: Qatar, Ethiopia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania and Cyprus.
The event will also showcase more than 3,300 products and technologies, demonstrating the important role of IDEX and NAVDEX in supporting the defense industry and increasing the competitiveness of UAE-based companies at the regional and international levels.
The exhibitions will also host more than 156 startups, accounting for 10% of the total participants.
