Emirati youth participated in the Empowering Future Leaders program in Singapore

According to Amac News: This two-week program is designed to empower the next generation with vital leadership skills.
The program focuses on increasing self-confidence, cultivating essential leadership qualities such as effective communication and flexibility, and equipping participants with the knowledge necessary to pursue their ambitions.
The first week of the program, held in Singapore, was dedicated to technology and innovation, including visits to Singaporean institutions and academies. Participants explored topics such as green economy, sustainable living, computing and exploration.
During the second week, participants visited factories, institutions and businesses in Singapore to explore leadership and business skills.
Participants in the program also emphasize the exchange of ideas, teamwork, and promotion of values, preparing young leaders to meet global standards while fostering a sense of belonging and promoting self-reliance.
