The Tawazun Council, a state agency in the UAE established to develop the country’s defense and security industry, has announced the official launch of Tawazun Quality and Conformity (TQC) Company.

According to Amac News, the company is dedicated to evaluating and testing military and defense equipment and products using advanced technologies and laboratories.
According to the Tawazun Council, this move is part of the council’s ongoing efforts to enhance the UAE’s capabilities in the defense and security sectors.
Headquartered in Abu Dhabi, TQC aims to ensure the highest quality and safety standards for products in line with global standards.
The establishment of TQC is a milestone that will strengthen excellence in defense equipment certification and help improve the efficiency and quality of domestically produced military and security products.
“We strive to provide comprehensive solutions for military equipment testing and ensure the highest levels of safety and quality through assessments and certifications that are aligned with national and international standards,” said Khalid Mohammed Al Kaabi, CEO of TQC.
He added, “Using advanced technologies, modern laboratories and test fields designed to the highest global standards, our company ensures comprehensive assessments for the certification of the safety and quality of defense systems and ammunition.”
Al Kaabi emphasized that TQC is preparing to participate in IDEX 2025, where it plans to sign several strategic agreements with its partners.
These agreements will focus on cooperation, exchange of experience in the field of testing and certification, and the development of innovative solutions and advanced technologies to build national capabilities at a global level.
