The Outstanding Educational Personality Award was presented to Fatima Bint Mubarak, President of the General Women's Union (GWU), President of the Supreme Council of Mothers and Children, Supreme President of Family Development.
The Secretariat of the Khalifa Award in Education said that the winners of these awards are 26 men and women from within the United Arab Emirates, 11 male and female winners in the Arab world and 4 others.
