The World Bank has announced that it will provide more than 100 million dollars to the flood victims of the state of Rio Grande do Sul in Brazil.

According to Amac News: This bank has published a statement saying that it will donate 125 million US dollars to support the flood victims of Brazil.
"The World Bank stands in solidarity with the people of the state of Rio Grande do Sul affected by the recent disaster, and we stand ready to work together to prevent future disasters," said Sophie Nudeau, the World Bank's head and director of operations for Brazil.
Recently, the World Bank approved a new set of crisis response tools to allow countries to quickly channel unused resources into their portfolios to make emergency relief easier and faster.
