The Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) has reported that the heads of the forces decided June 28 as the date of the election to determine the new president of Iran.

According to Amac News: The heads of the forces said that the registration of candidates will be done from June 12 to 27, and the period of election campaigns will be the same period.
Article 131 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran states the formation of a council to manage the executive affairs of the country for a period of 50 days and prepare for the presidential elections.
Iran's President Ebrahim Raisi's helicopter crashed yesterday, and after nearly 17 hours, it was announced that he and his companions, including Hossein Amir Abdullahian, the country's foreign minister, were killed.
After the killing of Ebrahim Raisi and Hossein Amirabdollahian, Mohammad Mokhber, who was previously the first vice president, succeeded Raisi, and Ali Bagheri, who was previously the political deputy of Iran's foreign minister, succeeded Abdullahian.
