TRENDS Research and Advisory has announced that it has shared details of its upcoming research trip to South Africa, scheduled for July 15-20.

According to Amac News: TRENDS said that this tour celebrates the opening of their new physical office in Cape Town.
The tour will feature several activities, including the first event in the TRENDS: Middle East and Africa global roundtable series, with representatives from leading think tanks in the Middle East and Africa discussing topics of common interest.
Dr. Mohammed Abdullah Al Ali, Managing Director of TRENDS Research and Consultancy, said the research trip to South Africa will be diverse and enriching, and will include a global panel discussion involving key think tanks from Africa and the Middle East.
The purpose of this round table is to examine the relationship between the two regions, strengthen constructive dialogue with these think tanks and exchange best practices in public policy planning and management.
He added: This trip will begin with the official opening of the TRENDS office in Cape Town, which aims to strengthen scientific and research cooperation with sub-Saharan African countries. This office complements the existing virtual offices in Cairo and Rabat and is part of the network of physical and virtual offices in seven countries.
Nasser Mohammad Al-Ali, TRENDS Head of Administration and Human Resources, discussed TRENDS' foreign offices in the context of its global vision and strategy, which aims to consolidate the center's position as a leading international platform for knowledge and research.
It aims to expand its reach, establish partnerships with major think tanks around the world, and act as a liaison between regional and international research institutions.
He added that a reception for the guests of the round table will be held on July 15 on the occasion of the opening of the office. In addition, podcast episodes are recorded with several invited speakers from different African countries.
He noted that the tour will dedicate a full day to celebrating the values ​​of peace, freedom and humanitarian action with Al Ittihad News Center.
