Abu Dhabi Distribution Company (ADDC), a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (TAQA), has announced that it has launched its energy productivity clubs.
According to Amac News: The company said the initiative is with three of Abu Dhabi's most prominent industrial sites: AGTHIA Group, Glass Emirates Float Glass and Gulf Steel Industries.
Saeed Al Suwaidi, Executive CEO of ADDC, said strategic participation aims to unite industrial facilities throughout Abu Dhabi to promote energy and sustainable decisions.
AGthia Group, CEO of AGTHIA GROUP, said the collective efforts would significantly help achieve our long -term sustainability goals, ensure energy efficiency and cost reduction.
Asam Hussain, CEO of AGSI, said as the first Zero Steel Factory in the United Arab Emirates, which has reached carbon neutrality, our energy efficiency practices play an important role in the GHG -free production process and the main column of our strategy strategy.
To date, more than 40 industrial sites have joined the program, showing more than 70 % of Abu Dhabi's electricity consumption in the manufacturing sector. This dramatic participation emphasizes the commitment of the industry to energy efficiency and sustainable development.
